How far do your travel for events and weddings?
We travel all over for weddings and events, and we would be happy to provide our services for your upcoming event. We don't charge travel fees or any other extra fee for events that take place in Southern and Central Ontario, Canada (Windsor to Ottawa, and Toronto to Sudbury). However, if you are outside of this region, please email us for rates. We have been all over North America and beyond for weddings and events (Toronto/GTA, Kitchener-Waterloo, Ottawa, Montreal, Vancouver, Collingwood/Blue Mountain, York Region, Muskoka, Peterborough, Sudbury, London, Windsor-Essex County, Niagara/Hamilton, Kawartha Lakes, Mexico/Caribbean, etc.)!
Do you book destination weddings?
Yes! Our prices are the same as our web site for the services you require, however we do require that you provide accomodations, food and transportation (per person) to the wedding location. If you require chair covers, you must cover the cost of shipping them to/from the location. Both videographers and videographers are available for destination weddings at places such as Mexico, Dominican Republic and other Caribbean Islands.
Do you sell or rent other things like table cloths, backdrops, flowers or centre pieces?
Unfortunately, not at this time. However, we would be happy to refer you to other companies that do offer these items and services.
When/how should I book my event?
The earlier, the better! We are a small company, we only book one or two events per weekend. We already are booking quickly for 2010 and 2011 events, so please email us at info@soireesophisticates.com with your details as soon as possible to make sure we have your date available. We also book last minute events if we are available. We look forward to hearing from you!
